Our self-defense classes are lead by Deborah Goldsmith and Jeremiah Driscoll in a safe, relaxed setting. They teach practical, effective ways to defuse and defend. Learn not to be a victim!
All of our kickboxing and Tang Soo Do classes are available as personal sessions. In addition, we offer personal training to strengthen, recover from injury, or meet specific fitness goals.
For our younger students, nothing beats a party with their friends and lots of fun games and silly challenges. We can create a celebration that everyone can enjoy – just leave the planning to use! Enrolled students only, please.
