This class is designed for the youngest of warriors, ages 4-6 years

In this program kids will have fun developing balance and coordination while learning basic karate techniques through fun games and activities.
Tang Soo Do Kids and Teens
Training in the traditional martial art of Tang Soo Do helps to develop a better understanding of one’s self. The level of focus and self discipline that is developed during training builds self confidence in the individual.
Students work hard in every class to develop their technique and an understanding of how to push themselves both physically and mentally to the next level.
Tang Soo Do Adults
You are never too old to train in Tang Soo Do! Our instructors work with all ages and fitness levels in attaining their personal goals. When training in a traditional martial art there is a focus on both physical fitness and mental health.
Students will increase stamina and flexibility along with relieving stress and gaining mental sharpness.
Kickboxing Classes Teens and Adults
Relieve stress and build a stronger, healthier you! This high energy class is designed to give you a full body workout.
You will learn the proper techniques needed to deliver the power and intensity that is needed to bring yourself to the next level of fitness.
Self Defense Classes
The Role Reversal Self Defense System. Learn how not to be a victim! No matter your age or fitness level, we can teach you how to defend yourself against an attacker.
College age women
Women of all ages and fitness abilities. Classes are offered thought the year. Contact us for dates and times.
